3747-3761 Renfrew St rezoning application
We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 3747-3761 Renfrew Street. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 4-storey mixed-use building. The zoning would change from C-1 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
- 18 secured market rental units;
- Commercial retail space at grade;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5;
- A floor area of 1,869 sq. m (20,110 sq. ft.);
- A building height of 15.2 m (49.9 ft.); and
- 15 vehicle parking spaces and 40 bicycle parking spaces
The application is being considered under the Secured Rental Policy.
