This application was approved with yellow memo by Council at Public Hearing on September 12, 2023.
We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 3747-3761 Renfrew Street. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 4-storey mixed-use building. The zoning would change from C-1 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
18 secured market rental units;
Commercial retail space at grade;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5;
A floor area of 1,869 sq. m (20,110 sq. ft.);
A building height of 15.2 m (49.9 ft.); and
15 vehicle parking spaces and 40 bicycle parking spaces
