375-475 W 41st Ave text amendment
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (878) (Comprehensive Development) District to permit an increase in density, height, number of storeys, and floor area of a 10-storey rental building with a four-storey podium.
- Increase the number of residential units from 437 to 497;
- Increase in FSR from 6.32 to 7.1;
- Increase height from 69.5 m (228 ft.) to 78.0 m (256 ft.); and
- Increase in the number of storeys from 23 to 26;
This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
The opportunity to ask questions through the Q&A is available from October 29 to November 11, 2025.
