The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from FSD (First Shaughnessy) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of three 3-storey residential rental buildings and includes:

  • 31 units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.21; and
  • A building height of 13.7 m (45 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Secured Rental Policy. The application is compliant with the Heritage Conservation Area Official Development Plan and Council will make a decision on the application at a Council meeting instead of at a Public Hearing. Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
