The City of Vancouver has received a revised submission for a proposal approved at Public Hearing on December 12, 2023.
The application proposes subdivision into two lots to allow for phased building development. No changes to use, form of development, or unit mix are proposed. Key changes from the previous application include a slight increase in density for proposed Lot 2, to account for subdivision and a smaller lot area.
Approved at Public Hearing: Singular lot, with an overall density of 2.65 FSR and maximum building height of 23.6 m (77.4 ft.).
Proposed changes via subdivision:
Lot 1 - Proposed FSR of 2.58, height of 22.1 m (72.7 ft.)
Lot 2 - Proposed FSR of 2.70, height 22.0 m (72.2 ft.)
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 4711-4787 Cambie St from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. Please provide your feedback on the proposal for two six-storey residential buildings with two single-storey amenity buildings at the lane. This proposal includes:
- 114 strata-titled units;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.66;
- A floor area of 9,173.5 sq. m (98,742 sq. ft.);
- A building height of 21.3 m (70 ft.); and
- 132 vehicle parking spaces and 249 bicycle parking spaces.
The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
