4967-5017 Main St rezoning application

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-3A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a five-storey residential building and includes:

• 24 rental residential units;
• 31 strata residential units;
• A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.32; and
• A building height of 17.3 m (57 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Little Mountain Adjacent Area Rezoning Policy.
