We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 4992-5138 Ash St. The proposal is to allow for the development of two four-storey and one six-storey buildings. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 133 strata-titled residential units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.0
  • A gross floor area of 11,569.5 sq. m (124,533 sq. ft.)
  • A partial 5th storey common amenity space on the two four storey buildings
  • A building height of 20.5 m (67 ft.)
  • 185 vehicle parking spaces and 242 bicycle parking spaces
  • Dedication of a portion of the site for the 35th Avenue road extension

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan. 

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
