5079-5161 Ash St rezoning application

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 5079-5161 Ash Street. The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey residential building and the extension of 35th Avenue. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 62 strata-titled residential units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.0
  • A floor area of 5,530.19 sq. m (59,527 sq. ft.)
  • A building height of 21.49 m (70.5 ft.)
  • 73 vehicle parking spaces and 135 bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
