Peterson Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- Two 18-storey buildings, containing 276 strata-titles residential units
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 5.61
- A gross floor area of 23,410 m² (251,989 sq.ft.)
- A building height of 59.4 m (194.95 ft.)
- 299 vehicle parking spaces and 613 bicycle parking spaces
This application is being processed concurrently with 5250-5270 Ash St and 595 W 37th Ave.
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
