5590 Victoria Dr (DP-2026-00250) development application

JTA Development Consultants has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use residential building on this site, consisting of:

• 52 secured market rental units with retail units at grade
• A proposed FSR of 3.39 (4,208 m² / 43,352 sq.ft.)
• A proposed height of 22 m / 72 ft.
• Two levels of underground parking with vehicular access off the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
