  • An 18-storey, mixed use building with a partial storey for a rooftop amenity, with four-storey podium and commercial at grade
  • A total of 183 secured market rental units with 20% of the residential floor area allocated for below market rental units
  • A Proposed building height of 55.6 m (182 ft.-5 in.)
  • A Proposed Floor Space Ratio of 5.73
  • Three levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
