Revised Application (April 2022)

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 618 W 32nd Ave. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey residential building. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes:

  • 25 strata housing units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.45
  • A building height of 21.7 m (71.2 ft.) with additional height for a rooftop amenity space

This proposal is almost identical to two previous applications that have since been withdrawn. The first was for a 6-storey strata building and the second was for a 6-storey secured-market rental building.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

Application drawings and statistics on this webpage are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
