618 W 32nd Ave rezoning application
Revised Application (April 2022)
We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 618 W 32nd Ave. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey residential building. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes:
- 25 strata housing units
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.45
- A building height of 21.7 m (71.2 ft.) with additional height for a rooftop amenity space
This proposal is almost identical to two previous applications that have since been withdrawn. The first was for a 6-storey strata building and the second was for a 6-storey secured-market rental building.
The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
Application drawings and statistics on this webpage are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
The opportunity to ask questions through the Q&A is available from March 13 to 26, 2023.
We post all questions as-is and aim to respond within two business days. Some questions may require coordination with internal departments and additional time may be needed to post a response.
Please note that the comment form will remain open after the virtual open house time period. The Rezoning Planner can also be contacted directly for any further feedback or questions.
