The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of eight three-storeybuildings and includes:
40 strata residential units;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.54; and
A building height of 10.9 m (36 ft.).
There is currently no enabling rezoning policy for this application. The City is required to process all rezoning applications submitted and staff position on the proposal will be summarized in the staff report to Council later in the application process.
The City’s Tenant Relocation and Protection Policy applies to this site. This policy provides assistance and protections to eligible renters impacted by redevelopment activity. To learn more visit: vancouver.ca/protecting-tenants.
