A community information session is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, at the Russian Hall (600 Campbell Ave). City Staff and the applicant team will be available to answer any questions and provide information on the proposal.
Vancouver Official Development Plan (ODP) Amendment Application (April 8, 2026)
On March 31, 2026, Council adopted the Vancouver Official Development Plan (ODP). This rezoning application proposes to amend the ODP to change the Generalized Land Use (GLU) designation from Residential Low-Rise to Mixed-Use High-Rise 1.
Rezoning Application (February 18, 2026)
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from I-2 (Industrial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 25- and 22-storey mixed-use rental building with a three-storey podium and includes:
436 units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
Arts and culture space;
A private childcare facility;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.0; and
A building height of 78.56 m (258 ft.) and 69.39 m (228 ft.).
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the staff report.
