Non-Market Housing Development and Operations has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A 15-storey mixed-use building, including 107 social housing units with office at grade
- An approximate height of 45.8 m (150 ft.)
- A floor space ratio of 8.19
- An approximate floor area of 8,204 m² (88,309 sq.ft.)
- A total of ten parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on July 25, 2024, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision of the Director of Planning.”
