New Application (April 30, 2025):
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the subject site CD-1 (34) (Comprehensive District) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 37-storey mixed-use rental building and includes:
402 market rental units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 16.15; and
A building height of 112.17 m (368 ft), with additional height for a two-storey rooftop amenity.
This application is being considered under the Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy. The application requests consideration of density and height in excess of the existing policies.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
