The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RT-2 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 37-storey mixed-use building with a 5-storey podium, and includes:
330 strata units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
55 social housing units, or an equivalent cash-in lieu payment which will be used to deliver off-site social housing.
