8427-8483 Cambie St rezoning application

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RT-2 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 37-storey mixed-use building with a 5-storey podium, and includes:
- 330 strata units;
- Commercial space on the ground floor;
- 55 social housing units, or an equivalent cash-in lieu payment which will be used to deliver off-site social housing.
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 7.73; and
- A building height of 117 m (384 ft.).
This application is being considered under the Marine Landing Policy Updates.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
