8815-8827 Selkirk St rezoning application

Revised Application (August 9, 2023)
The City of Vancouver has received a revised application to rezone 8815-8827 Selkirk Street from MC-1 (Industrial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. Please provide your feedback on the proposal for a 6-storey mixed-use building. This proposal includes:
- 36 secured market rental units;
- Live-work space at grade;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5;
- A building height of 18.6 m (60.9 ft.); and
- 39 vehicle parking spaces and 66 bicycle spaces.
The application is being considered under the Marpole Community Plan.
Original Rezoning Application (April 13, 2016)
The original rezoning application, submitted on April 13, 2016, consisted of a 6-storey mixed-use building with commercial at grade and residential units above. The proposal included:
- 33 strata-titled residential units;
- Commercial space at grade;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5;
- A building height of 18.6 m (60.9 ft.); and
- 36 vehicle parking spaces and 42 bicycle spaces.
