The original rezoning application, submitted on April 13, 2016, consisted of a 6-storey mixed-use building with commercial at grade and residential units above. The proposal included:
33 strata-titled residential units;
Commercial space at grade;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5;
A building height of 18.6 m (60.9 ft.); and
36 vehicle parking spaces and 42 bicycle spaces.
