A community information session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Jewish Community Centre (950 W 41st Ave). City Staff and the applicant team will be available to answer any questions and provide information on the proposal.
Application
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for a mixed-use development consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 6-storeys to 33-storeys, and includes:
1,231 strata units;
1,238 market-rental units;
158 below-market rental units;
A dirt site for approximately 361 social housing units;
A 1.9-acre public park;
A 69-space childcare facility;
4,922 sq m (52,975 sq. ft) of commercial space; and
A total floor area of 230,565.5 sq. m (2,481,787 sq. ft.).
The City’s Tenant Relocation and Protection Policy applies to this site. This policy provides assistance and protections to eligible renters impacted by redevelopment activity. To learn more visit: vancouver.ca/protecting-tenants.
