This summer we are testing public space and transportation changes that will help shape future upgrades and programming in Gastown.

2025 Gastown Summer Pilot Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your input will help us understand people’s experience of the public space and transportation changes in Gastown this summer. It will also help inform future planning and investments. 

The survey is organized into three sections: 

  1. Summer-long experience in Gastown: Your experience of the public space enhancements on Water Street and transportation changes including two-way Cordova Street. 
  2. Weekly Sunday Water Street Pedestrian Zone: Your experience of Water Street when it is car-free on Sundays. 
  3. About you: Questions to help us understand who we are hearing from. 


The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.
