June 2023 - Multiplex Density Bonus Update

Information is now available regarding the proposed bonus density requirements for multiplexes. Projects will be required to contribute to either public amenities or affordable housing. The three options proposed are:

1. Payment of a fixed-rate floor area-based cash contribution
2. Delivery of one below-market homeownership unit
3. Security of all units as purpose-built rental housing
