Portside Greenway (Wall Street) Survey - Phase 3

The City of Vancouver is upgrading the Portside Greenway. This survey focuses on the Portside Greenway's Wall Street segment between Powell Street and the Commissioner Overpass.  

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is open until Wednesday, September 24, 2025. If language support is needed, please contact 311.

Portside Greenway - Wall Street Section

Phase 1 engagement gathered feedback on the entire length of the greenway and was a space for people to discuss project goals, ideas, and concerns around the project. Phase 2 engagement presented two design approaches for the Wall Street segment. Through community feedback, staff heard a preference for the car-light approach.

Based on what we learned in phase 2, staff have refined the car-light design, which will create a quiet street that is safe and comfortable for people walking and rolling. 

In phase 3, we are now seeking feedback on the refined design: 

  • What people are most excited about 
  • Any outstanding concerns or issues we should consider 
  • If the design clearly reflects public feedback
