The Vancouver Park Board is building a new park in the East Fraser Lands neighbourhood. The new park (0.3 ha) is bounded by East Sawmill Crescent to the north and Marine Way to the south.

The preliminary designs were based on previous public consultation and City Council and Park Board approved East Fraser Lands Design Guidelines (2010).

In the summer of 2020, the community provided feedback on the proposed design. In June 2021, the Park Board unanimously approved the revised concept plan. In October 2022, the Park Board awarded the construction contract. In December 2023, the construction was substantially completed and the park is open for public use.
