July 2025 – Final Draft of Rupert and Renfrew Station Area Plan Ready for Council Review

The Final Draft Rupert and Renfrew Station Area Plan is now complete and will be presented to Council for consideration on July 8, 2025.

Shaped by extensive community feedback, and engagement with Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations since 2022, the Plan outlines a long-term vision for growth and change around the Rupert and Renfrew SkyTrain stations, including new housing, job space, public amenities, and the ecological restoration of Still Creek.

If approved, the Plan will help guide development over the next 30 years, supporting more complete, connected, and climate-resilient neighbourhoods. To learn more, you can view the draft plan here.
