Too expensive and evictions
I was evicted during the Olympics, which many people were, so the owner could make a profite for the 2 weeks renting to tourists. My friend was just evicted for the owner to turn the apt to an air bnb.

I have lived here for almost 15 years and have seen so many close calls, so many incidents involving buses and regular vehicles, strollers, small children and elders being yelled at and of course, many actual accidents occurring.
