I was in favour of the ISS building coming in, it has been a lovely addition with all the families. It has increased street parking a fair bit though, already when people come to visit me they had difficulty parking.
Too expensive and evictions
I was evicted during the Olympics, which many people were, so the owner could make a profite for the 2 weeks renting to tourists. My friend was just evicted for the owner to turn the apt to an air bnb.
