Demographic Interview Questions

Before or after your engagement sessions, please ask folks the following demographic questions to help us better understand who we are hearing from. If you wish, you can use the preamble at the top of the next page to help you introduce and communicate the importance of asking the demographic questions to the people you engage with.

Collecting demographic information helps us understand who we’re hearing from, with the intent of seeking input from a diverse, citywide audience.
