Next steps

We will share a summary of what we heard during engagement by the end of July. Input from this phase will be summarized and used, together with additional analysis and technical work, to refine the draft planning policies and a preferred concept.

Refined policy directions and a preferred concept will be shared for further feedback in a second round of engagement in the fall. A final proposal is expected to go to City Council for a decision in early 2027.
