Finalized concept plan

Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey and pop-up event last summer and provided feedback on early designs for an expanded W.C. Shelly Park.

Park Board staff have finalized the concept design. The concept includes a new dog off-leash area with natural agility elements such as logs and boulders, a renewed and expanded accessible playground, a food and culture garden, a rain garden and an expanded tree canopy.
