The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey residential rental building and includes:

  • 38 units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.08; and
  • A building height of 21.1 m (69 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

A previous application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on July 13, 2023 - https://www.shapeyourcity.ca/618-w32-ave, and has been withdrawn.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
