I don't understand the reference to a 'second storey.'Thank you for your question. Correct that the proposal includes a conversion in use from office to rental residential. The ground floor is proposed to remain as retail.

Proposing 30 seems to high off the get go. A minimum of three levels of nonresidential uses (job space) above the ground floor is required. with a Maximum height of 25 storeys. So why are you proposing 30 which is not in the Broadway Plan.
