Yes, although most people who use our golf facilities do so for golf-related activities, we recognize that there are individuals who use the walking trails surrounding the courses and those who may only use the restaurant / cafes in the clubhouses. The survey and engagement process will solicit feedback from non-golf users in addition to golfers.

How will my feedback be incorporated?
Staff will seek input from local businesses, stakeholders and nearby area residents for the Broadway Subway Station Area Street Design. Information will be sent out and a survey available May 18-June 15, 2021 to gather feedback.Feedback we receive from area businesses and stakeholders will help develop a street design that meets the goals of the redesign work to accommodate the subway infrastructure and ensure good access and flow.
I want to know if this policy applies to my property
All C2 properties outside of existing community plan areas will be included in the amendments to C2 zoning to allow 6 storey rental buildings wherever 4 storey strata can be built today. For the low density areas, the City has created a map showing the areas of eligibility for rezoning to rental. The map is a general illustration, and is meant to be used along with diagrams to identify which blocks would be eligible for rezoning and whether sites can be considered for on or off arterial options. The latest map update and diagrams can be found in the proposed actions section of this page.
