The proposed design includes a two-way bike connection on the Fir ramp: (1) to provide a safe and relatively flat connection with the 10th Ave bike route; (2) retaining existing sidewalks; (3) generally retaining two lanes for motor vehicle traffic on the ramp; and (4) including safety enhancements at 8th Ave, Broadway, and 10th Ave intersections.
